Fausto Y. Vinces, DO

As a nurse practitioner, Koulako Camara believes that excellent care starts with building strong relationships with patients and understanding their personalized needs. Her areas of expertise include prevention and wellness, as well as health screenings and diagnosis for management of common neurological disorders. She is board certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She prides herself on having an office that is warm and welcoming of everyone. She is fluent in French and enjoys spending time outdoors with her children.

Dr. Sean Lee is a general surgeon, specializing in acute care, trauma and critical care surgery. He is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery. Dr. Lee is well-versed in treating acute and emergency conditions, but takes pride in providing comprehensive care to all patients in their most difficult times. As a faculty member of the transitional year residency program, he enjoys providing mentorship and education to future clinicians across many specialties. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, running, working in the yard and taking hikes around the Hudson Valley.

Dr. Hida Nierenburg is double-board certified in neurology and headache medicine. She provides care to adults with headaches and facial pain. She is also passionate about bringing awareness for migraine and other disabling headaches to other clinicians in the region and community awareness to minimize the burden of disability migraines can bring. Dr. Nierenburg's areas of expertise include treatment for migraines and other primary headaches which can include oral medications, botox injections, nerve blocks and some non-medication options. Dr. Nierenburg prides herself in education about headaches which is something she does with patients in order to help them understand the illness. In her free time, Dr. Nierenburg enjoys hiking, exercising and exploring new restaurants.
