Farmingville Hills County Park is home to the Farmingville Historical Society, dedicated to promoting and fostering interest in the local history of Farmingville, NY. The society serves as the custodian for the 1850 One-Room School House and the historic Terry House, while also maintaining the Farmingville Hills County Park trails.
