History

Classes held on site and at customers locations. Established in 2007 Chef Phensri a native of Udonthani Thailand learnt all her cooking skills back in Thailand. She migrated to the USA and started her own restaurant in New Jersey and had a great following. In 2007 she started her cooking classes. In 2008 she was reviewed by the New York Times. Todate she has taught more than 1600 students...in New York City, the Bronx, Brooklyn Staten Island, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She teaches in Community Schools in PA nad New Jersey. Aspiring chefs have come from PA, Connecticut, Florida and as far as the Ukraine for special one-on-one chef's training. She does private cooking sessions, celebrations, anniversaries, team building sessions and catering for any event including weddings. To ensure the right taste and flavor is captured in the dishes she teaches she has formulated and markets her own Fantastic Thai brand cooking sauces
