Faisal Waheed Paracha, MD

Dr. Elsagga is board certified by the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists as well as the North American Board of Breastfeeding and Lactation Medicine. She is an active member of the Academy of Breastfeeding Medicine and is the Physician Champion of breastfeeding here at Nuvance Health. Dr. Elsagga believes that seeking a holistic approach to medicine can lead to better outcomes for her patients. She enjoys caring for women of all ages and is honored to care for the women in this community. Her areas of expertise include breastfeeding and lactation, menstrual abnormalities and patient-centered pregnancy care. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children in Hopewell Junction.

Hannah Goldwater is an ANCC board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, specializing in gastroenterology. She received her FNP degree from Rory Meyers NYU College of Nursing while working as an endoscopy nurse at NYU Langone Health. In addition to endoscopy, she has experience in cardiology, orthopedics and Covid nursing. She values patient-centered care and open communication between patient and provider. Hannah specializes in lifestyle modifications and focuses on treating patients holistically. She is passionate about health prevention and wellness and has an extensive personal background including yoga, running, and powerlifting. Hannah is from New York City but loves living in the Hudson Valley with her family.
