After 3 months they doubled my rate, predatorily by removing the amount I was being auto-charged in my text messages. The first 3 months it said "...we've received your payment of $76 for unit xxx...

After only 3 months I was given barely 2 weeks notice that my monthly rental fee would double ! What kind of reputable company pulls a scam like this and stays in business ?

Extra space storage in Saratoga Springs was great. The site manager showed us to our unit and exactly how to work the door. This was great customer service.
