These taxi drivers are so disrespectful! Pulling in front of Apartments laying on the horn! They have done this as early as 4:00 am.

Stop honking for pickups especially in the early morning hours! You have a driver that won't stop laying on the horn for a 6 am pickup on 3rd street on weekdays. It's 2025 - use your cell phone.
