Excellence Project Coaching

History

Excellence Project was founded by Cesar Hernandez. Cesar's personal life mission is to use his education to help people. Cesar earned his Bachelor's degree in Philosophy at UC Berkeley and his Master's degree at NYU. Along the way, Cesar worked with HIV positive people in South Africa and homeless youth in Hollywood. Trained in the modern science of psychology and blending it with an existential philosophy, Cesar launched Excellence Project to help people realize their dreams.

Excellence Project is a mission driven coaching company, seeking to make the world a better place one person at a time. We offer relationship coaching as well as career coaching for executives, entry and mid-level professionals, and those experiencing career change. Our Life Coaching program is designed to provide you with skills that help you on your journey toward creating a rich, meaningful life.
