I wanted to do my eyebrows. They tried to remove my eye. Not sure about the quality of their wax. Or what went wrong. I've never had this type of issue by doing my eyebrows. It's been 5 hours...

Not sure how to deal with a nine minute late policy when I committed to a 1000$ package and they had me wait twenty minutes yesterday on the initial consult day.

Literally got burnt at this location. Not once but twice and I clearly said it was too hot the first time.

Better not miss that 9 minute late window!! Unfortunately, I was 10 minutes late to my appointment and they were unable to accommodate me by one minute. Good news is there are plenty of locations...
