Over 25 years of experience as a Psychotherapist helping people explore what is getting in the way of living a fulfilling life, having meaningful relationships and finding the freedom that comes with accepting and loving who they are. I provide quality care to children, adolescents, adults, and families with diverse needs in an array of settings. I have compassion and understanding for those struggling with their mental health, anxiety, depression, addiction, low self esteem and much more.
