Inept at best. They took apart a snowblower and said couldn't fix it but would charge me (on top of what they did) to put it back together. Did the exact thing for a 179 dollar leaf blower....

Local place, major ripoff. Tried to support them but they suck in the customer service dept. They "repaired" my chainsaw- rebuilt a carb and tune up for 150$+... I didn't use it until this spring-...

Very poor customer service. My father-in-law purchased a new machine from them a few years ago. After he passed away, my mother-in-law brought it in for an oil leak that they had already repaired...

This place is a total ripoff. They made unauthorized repairs at outrageous prices when they were to call with an estimate only. Do not trust them.
