We are a traditional B&B offering luxury accommodation with breakfast. We are surrounded by nature’s tranquil beauty and stunning views, yet within a 10 mile radius from downtown Ithaca, Cornell University, Ithaca College, Watkins Glen, Trumansburg, the Seneca and Cayuga WINE & BEER TRAILS as well as 4 beautiful State Parks, each with waterfalls, swim holes and hiking trails. We offer two comfortable double bedrooms with private, tiled bathrooms in the Manor House as well as a separate, cute, PET FRIENDLY vacation rental sleeping 2-3 people which offers the ideal spot for a romantic escape. Our manor is located on 15 acres of certified organic conservation land of which 5 acres is a Monarch Butterfly Santuary.
