Worst service ever!! Waiting for trial contacts for 4 months. They keep saying they will check into it, but no resolution to the problem.....Never going back!!

They have a voice menu when you call that won't allow me to adjust an appointment because it doesn't understand the spelling of my name. And you can't speak to one of those- um what do ya call...
