About Theo Pappas Theodore Pappas, State General Agent in New York, has achieved some impressive milestones during his time with National Income Life Insurance Company (NILICO). In 2001 he was one of NILICO's top 20 personal producers. From 2002-2005 he was a top Master General Agent. And this was only during his first five years with the Company!
