Dr. Elmeniawy-Farag genuinely cares for her patients and takes her time to listen to a patient and doesn't rush through the visit like so many doctors now a days do.

4 visits to this office averaging about 2 hours plus. Absolutely ludicrous. Staff is incompetent, phone line is ALWAYS busy, and my 5th visit just for a signature is taking 40 plus minutes....
