Eddy Memorial Geriatric Center is a skilled nursing center located in Troy, N.Y. The Eddy Memorial Geriatric Center provides a wide range senior living services, including care continuum, independent living, assisted living and nursing care. Its special unit provides services for residents with Alzheimer's disease and dementia. It also offers life enrichment programs, which includes activities specially designed for memory-impaired adults. Eddy Memorial Geriatric Center is part of Northeast Health. It comprises of Samaritan Hospital, The Eddy and Albany Memorial Hospital, and it provides various senior care and services, hospital services, specialty services and retirement living programs. Its primary care network offers a wide range of medical, preventive and diagnostic services at more than five locations throughout the region, including Albany, Troy, North Greenbush, Cohoes, Waterford and Valatie.
