History

Edd began working in the Flatiron district two years ago as RBPT's in-house massage therapist. With a speciality in Thai Massage, medical massage and assessment of anatomical structure, Edd's practice grew to include one-on-one personal training over the last year under the mentorship of Rich Barretta.

All my life, I have enjoyed working with people, especially helping out in whatever way I was able. Today I work people one-on-one, helping them to achieve their health, athletic and fitness goals. I draw from several sources, combining techinques drawn from my apprentiship under Rich Barretta, world class Personal Trainer; 11 years of Yogic Practice; my training in Thai Yogic Massage; my experience as a Massage Therapist; and my studies of Acupressure/Acupuncture. The result is a dynamic approach to improving posture, flexibility, strength, range of motion, balance, body weight and cardiovascular conditioning. My sessions are designed to provide you with what you want, identify anything else you need and help you get to your goal in way that values empowerment, education, respect, compassion, health and excellence.
