They made my shoes look and feel brand new! And I can't even tell that the platform ever came off my New Rocks at all. Super friendly service and they take even the smallest worries seriously....

25 dollars to fix a zipper. Kind of steep. The owner was nice however, and they only take cash.

walking into the shop is like stepping into another time. the guy who runs it is great and personable and the price is reasonable. got the shoes back to me in under a week. good quality

Brought my shoes in for sole repair. Literally came off a couple days later. The glue was visible on the leather. Disappointed.
