Bought the groupon for single process and a cut. Apparently single process is their world means roots only - even tho it is NOT listed ANYWHERE on Groupon. They wanted $60 more for full hair....

Don't expect to get what you asked for! I asked the hair dresser to trim the ends of my hair and came out with super short hair :( it will take at least 6 months to grow back :(
