I ordered first cut brisket three days in advance. What I got, for $16.99/lb., was four stringy second cuts that were poorly butchered and generally inedible. I literally threw out half of it.

Shoutout to the Sushi gentleman. He is so kind, helpful and ready to make handmade sushi rolls to go! This is the spot for to-go kosher sushi in the neighborhood.
