I'm going to guess this was architected in the 1950s/60s because it has a neat atomic model look to it. Nice amphitheater with great views of BK. Check it out before the man stops making it free.

Cool place. A couple picnic tables, a baseball field & batting cages, a bike trail that runs alongside the FDR for a stretch (I think also the same one that takes you over the williamsburg bridge....
