Worst "drive thru" service in the area; if the employee roster is not adequate to timely serve vehicles then don't lure customers into that for a 30 minute wait for a cup of coffee.

This Dunkin used to be great. However with being short staffed they locked the doors and refused to open, making people who ordered ahead wait in the drive through line.
