No knows how to make an ice latte. I asked for a caramel craze ice latte and they just made me a drink with caramel syrup milk whip cream and caramel brown sugar in it no coffee it was disgusting!...

Mirena is very unprofessional. She cursed at me. She actually used profanity. No customer service training apparently. I would NOT suggest this location.
