Customer service is bad. Donuts looks and are hard, taste old. No hot chocolate available. The machine is always out of order. Don't listen to how the customer asks for their food to be prepared.

I did delivery. Only wanted one watermelon in my half dozen donuts. Should've called before it got sent out so I could cancel. DoorDash didn't give enough to cover the other five.
