First off, they use those big tanks to store the coffee in. They don't brew the coffee individually. I went in there one day got a cup of coffee. She guaranteed me it would be fresh, but of course...

I ordered a medium latte and mini bagel bites. The lady politely said they ran out of medium cups so they put the medium in a large cup. They gave the large amount of ice but with a small amount...

Disgusting!! I bought two hot chocolates and both taste like hot water. Donuts are hard and the place is overall unsanitary. Save your money.

Disgusting!!! Went there on 10/25 and the place was a mess! The cashier was extremely rude. She spilled my coffee all over the soaking wet counter and handed me the cup sopping wet and stained....
