Got a large hot chocolate 4.00 and it was more water than chocolate. The Dunkin in Macedon is much better. At least it tasted like chocolate not flavored water. Staff was ok. But the owner has to...

Employees have no customer service skills. They don't know how to greet or smile. Complain when they get too many orders or have to make food. They don't read the label on the cup so the drinks...

Rude staff staff with unfriendly tone over the intercom and twice now was given an attitude from the same female employee when I asked for a receipt for my mobile order.

The worst employees can't even get an order correct croissant doesn't even remotely sound like English muffin. Emily was the employee maybe food service is not her thing.
