They never listen to my orders. If I ask for no sugar, they add sugar. Or if I ask to put unsweetened hazelnut, I get sweetened hazelnut. The last straw was when I came to get a kit kat coolata...

This dunkin does not serve cold drinks after 7:30pm, as per the employ on a Wednesday. The employ stated that when they are about to close employ do not make any drink.
