Their donuts are stale and dry. Got the loaded hashbrowns in a Nanuet location and I was given a decent amount of bacon and cheese and the hashbrowns were crunchy. Got the same thing here and...

Every time I go to this Dunkin' I swear I will never go back (I go about once a year). In the past the staff has given me crap for them not putting the lid on fully and blaming me making a mess...
