Staff kept asking me to repeat order. They kept saying they didn't offer items on the menu until forcing me to ask what they actually had in stock. The coffee was undrinkable and we had to throw...

Every time I come here the line is backed up around the store and staff are very rude when ordering and very sloppy, never have I once received what I actually asked for.
