Food as expected and service was friendly. The line was long and did take a while to go through so keep that in mind it could be faster to go inside to get your order and run.

This store has never, not once, got my (very simple) order right. They must do this on purpose. They might poison you. Do not go here.

If you can avoid going here, please do. Everything was stale, my sandwich was sloppy and stale, and my drink tasted like soap. At least I know they use soap.

This is the worst Dunkin in the Capital District. Poorly run, poorly staffed and totally inconvenient. Drive to Glenmont for faster more accurate service.
