My husband & I have both taken our cars here several times. The guy is nice, but it seems like they forget the most basic things (i.e. brakes shouldn't still be tapping after you've had them...

The Duluc's are either incompetent mechanics or skilled con artists. They sold my wife and I a crap used car. The first red flag should have been that we were not allowed to test drive the car...
