This is just a bad Duane Reade - and I'm normally such a huge fan of DR. It's small, cramped, has a confusing layout, and the service is terrible. I used to pick up my prescriptions at a location...

Now that the fix up the place it's look move promising to shop in, and the cashiers are very friendly.
