The class list includes Jivamukti Open Classes, Jivamukti Beginner Vinyasa, Jivamukti Beginner Basics, and Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior. The Jivamukti Yoga method is a proprietary style of yoga created by David Life and Sharon Gannon in 1984.
