Dragos Macelaru, MD

Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon Luc Perrier, MD, FRCPSC, enjoys being part of the community where he provides care to patients and has been living in St. Lawrence County since 1999. He earned his medical degree from the University of Montreal in Quebec, Canada, where he also completed his residency in orthopedic surgery. Dr. Perrier completed a Pediatric Orthopedic Fellowship at Sainte Justine Hospital in Quebec. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons in Canada.

Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon Thomas Kneifel, MD, FAAOS, FRCSC, brought decades of orthopedic experience when he joined Canton-Potsdam Hospital in 2016. He earned his medical degree from the University of Calgary in Alberta, Canada, where he also completed a residency in orthopedic surgery. Dr. Kneifel completed an additional orthopedic surgery residency at McGill University in Quebec, Canada. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.

Physician Assistant Christin Powers earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Clarkson University in Potsdam, NY. Christin works primarily with conditions of the hand and wrist. She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
