I utilize both Cognitive Therapy as well as Psycho Dynamic techniques to formulate the most effective treatment plan for each client. I create a safe, nurturing atmosphere that allows my client to feel well supported and optimizes growth. I am dedicated to each client attaining the goals they have set for themselves.
