I would give them a minus 5. I also had the keratin done two different times. I get it done once a year. Each time it had to be re-done because they didn't use enough product. Manny yelled at me...

I've been going to Domel Salon for almost 20 years. Manny and Doron are extremely talented hair stylists and their haircuts and color are as good or better than you'll find anywhere in the city....
