The new American steakhouse is the brainchild of Boris and Edward Safaniev, brothers and friends. Together, they coined the concept of DOMA Land + Sea with the intention of creating a restaurant that is versatile and accommodating for any guest or occasion. The word "doma" translates to "house or dwelling" in Russian and Latin. Here, DOMA Land + Sea is the house of the land and house of the sea.
