Dollar Car Rental

I got flight delayed, but they were still there more than two hours after their stated closing time.. super friendly and efficient

Wow, worst rental experience ever, first off, the staff smelled of marijuana, nasty!, then we reserved the " managers special" online, just said car chosen at pickup, when we arrived, the staff...

They over sold their cars on a busy weekend so after we waited an hour and a half because they had ONE person working , he told us we and all the others that we would have to wait at the airport...

Waiting an hour for a pre-paid, reserved car!!!! No empathy or helpfulness from counter staff. Would rate less than 1 star if possible.

So far this has been an extremely frustrating experience. DO NOT rent from a third party and expect Dollar to help you. However they ultimately get the money. Carla Car rentals booked my rental...
