Western Suffolk BOCES is a regional educational service agency and provides programs and services to more than 15 school districts, their students, parents and communities. Located in Dix Hills, N.Y., the agency serves more than 1,000 students. Its itinerant teachers provide diagnostic and support services to more than 450 students in their local school districts. The centers also serve youngsters with disabilities, including autism, mental disabilities, and physical and sensory impairments.
