Crooks! They charged my insurance 3000 for mandatory pee test that later turns out to be 2 drug tests performed at an out of network provider from Brooklyn while the office visit was in NJ. Beware!!

Let me start off by saying this doctor is one of the worst doctors I've ever met the office staff is rude he's rude he'll come out and call you a drug addict no matter what medication you're on...
