History

We started as a nutritional catering company preparing healthy comfort food in 2010. Now we focus on teaching A-Z Wellness. We have changed lives by empowering people to eat and feel Divine. Food choices, farm support, community growth is our foundation. We travel nationally helping shape peoples relationship with food.

Specialties

We host Wellness Workshops, have private clients and speak at events. Our goal is always to teach the importance of consuming nutrient dense food. You can include cooking demos, recipes or private cooking lessons. We have private clients that we work one on one with for up to 90 days to get them on track with meal prep and supermarket choices.
