The best part about Jai's is it's 4 doors away from Trader Joe's in Commack. Other than that, it is very basic and the owners are very rude and unfriendly. Very disappointing when you need wine...

The owner is as mean as mean can be. Have a question in the store? Grumbles and points, If you call with a question he'll give you a quick answer and hang up on you before you can get another...

Sold us a bottle with a broken seal. Once we realized and took it back they refused to refund or exchange. Really unheard of and we will never be going there again. Untrustworthy quality....

I went into the store today and asked the owner if I can have a plastic bag. He started screaming at me about how much money plastic bags cost him. I respectfully asked him to please stop yelling....
