The Firm?s principals are Lynn T. Sipperly and Thomas J. McGrath, licensed by the State of New York in the discipline of Professional Engineering and Land Surveying. Our management team has over 80 years of project organization, management and design experience on a wide array of project types for both public and private sector clients. Project approach involves understanding the client?s project needs and site operational requirements; identification and analysis of geophysical, regulatory and social conditions affecting site utilization and development; conducting necessary physical, cultural and environmental studies to confirm site qualities and limitations; engineering planning and design of site function and organization; engineering design of grading and utility infrastructure components (water, fire protection, stormwater management, sanitary sewerage and waste removal/recycling), site security and lighting, site appearance and landscaping, local government and regulatory agency approvals and permits.
