Devoción is the finest and freshest coffee, pure and simple. All our beans, sourced from small farms I the vast untamed regions of Colombia, are dry milled in Bogota and then flown to the U.S. via FedEx for roasting when they are only 14 days to one month of age. All other beans roasted in this country are at least three months (and up to a year) old and have suffered the ravages of aging, losing natural flavors and complexity. This means Devocion has set a new standard for fresh coffee in this country. We guarantee newly roasted, ultra-fresh coffee, so that the cup you in your hands still breathes the mists of the Colombian campo. We develop long-term relationships with our farmers, paying fair-trade prices and above, while establishing social and environmental programs to help secure the their futures. Devoción was launched in 2006 with a mission to change the way Colombian coffee is drunk around the world and an emphasis on the freshest coffee possible.

I usually visit before 8 am, and it's still pretty packed on the weekdays! I would def recommend coming early or be willing to wait for a seat! The coffee was standard, and I enjoyed it overall.
