Horrible bed side manner. I was not listened to at all! No care instruction, just leave a bandaid on it, told I would be given extra bandaids (did not receive) and the second appointment was told...

Bed side manner - practitioner was in a rush lack of caring and unprofessional. Multiple cancellations for facials and makes me question if I should look elsewhere. Not acceptable
