I'm Dennis, the owner and chief operator of DDD Brooklyn Locksmiths. I wanted to just share a little about why I became a locksmith and how I want to serve you in the future! About 6 years ago I was job hunting with a lot of the rest of the country. I found a job, though! At first I thought it was going to be a temporary thing, I mean, who gets into locksmithing on purpose? But I found a mentor, too. My boss, and later my good friend, was a master at locksmithing and taught me the ropes. He taught me how to care about the lock and the customer experience. I'm still improving, but I have a goal that when a customer uses m locksmithing service they will be happy and have a good experience in the midst of a bad time. I want to make a locksmithing customer for life! By the way, if you are wondering why I named the business

Denise locksmith accepted payment by square and without my authorization took additional payments above the cost they quoted. It took months and months and several unanswered phone calls to resolve.
