Dell installed a Mitsubishi split unit in July. I live in a 19th C. house and am a worry wort. Bad combination for any contractor. All the folks at Dell were terrific in soothing my jitters....

Had a unplanned water heater failure. Called them at 2 pm. Before 3 pm that day the owner Dave and Sean showed up with a water heater. Done by 5. Absolutely incredible customer service!
