With 2 roaring fireplaces and walls adorned with Catskill ephemera and Hudson River School paintings, our cozy restaurant makes for a warm and rustic dining space. Join us for Michelin-starred Chef Ryan Tate’s inspired Multi-Course Tasting Menu. This seasonal menu aims to take guests through a thoughtfully curated experience. Chef Tate’s passion for food is simple, expressive and casually refined. Our a la carte Inn Menu offers a more varied, creative take on familiar dishes. Both menus feature locally sourced ingredients, foraged produce and herbs from our grounds and on-site edible garden. The dining room is reserved for our guests partaking in the Chef’s Tasting Menu. Our Inn Menu guests will be seated in our Bar/Lounge but we’ll be happy to seat guests in the Dining Room if seating allows.
