I am an LCSW with 7+ years of experience in multiple levels of care in various mental health settings, including inpatient, Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization programs. I started my business to have the space to do deep, meaningful work with women at their own pace in a supportive, judgment-free space.
Specialties
I work with women who are juggling all the demands of life--work, school, parenting, and more--but need a space that's just for them, somewhere they can feel supported as they invest in themselves and work through the difficult parts of life. Whether you are struggling with self-doubt, anxiety or depression, or have experienced a loss or life transition, together we'll process the challenges you're facing, then develop new skills and insights to move beyond them.
