Das Acadamy

History

The DAS Academy first began serving the Rockland County community in 1998 in Downtown Suffern under Shihan Mark Morisi. It was not long before the increased demand for a quality Martial Arts school forced us to move across the street to our own humble building where we continued to steadily grow based on the dedication of our instructors to needs. In 2007 with a growing student base Shihan Mark took the opportunity to move the academy back to its roots, redesigning the entire building from the ground up. Now Morisi's DAS Academy sports 3 state of the art training rooms [dojos] to help better serve our students and community.

Specialties

Morisi's Martial Arts uses proven systems to teach students ages 3+ with each program tailored specifically by age group. Our children's programs are designed to teach effective Martial Arts skills in an environment of strong positive reinforcement while also developing character, self-discipline, respect and bully prevention skills.
