History

I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2005. I worked as a massage therapist and spa manager for companies such as Equinox Fitness Clubs and Eastside Massage therapy throughout Manhattan. In 2006, I returned to graduate school for my Masters of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine (MSTOM). The program is a rigorous 4 year commitment to learning acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine and Chinese medical massage (known as Tui Na).

Specialties

Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine and Massage to create holistic health and well-being for active New Yorkers. The focus of my practice is on sports and orthopedic injury/rehabilitation, chronic pain and stress management however many other conditions can be treated with these alternative therapies including but not limited to: Cold/Allergies, GI disorders, Sleep disorders, Fertility, Smoking cessation and others.
